Please let me share some useful ideas with you all just how effective Meditation can be once you learn what in fact it does for you and your mind.
I was like most folks who misunderstood exactly what meditation did for you and why so many people are beginning to use it more and more in their every day lives. To me I was aware of it’s existence and often heard the term used among my friends Personal Meditation Exercises. I used to say nothing as I did not want to appear ignorant and have them know that in fact, I did not know.
My interpretation at the time was that meditation exercises was some form of religious praying , that monks and priests did while they burned incense and hummed to them selves. I now know a lot different and I am not in any way indicating that you do not understand what Meditation Exercises are, I just want you to know where I started and how far Meditation has bought me too.
Here are three reasons to learn meditation I found for me.
- I began to become irritable and uneasy around people
- Often I felt sick in the stomach and felt like crying for no reason
- Soon it all became worse and I needed an answer
Now that was me and I only told you this, so should you or any of your loved ones show these symptoms then they may be on the path to depression and eventually a break down if it is not dealt with. Do not let that happen, as all is required is to learn and understand what Personal Meditation Exercises are and how to incorporate them into your every day life. You are not sick at all, it is the warning sign that the poor old brain is overworked to a point where it is screaming out to you for a rest period to be built into your lifestyle.
Meditation Exercises is That Rest Period For Your Brain
Some people will be heard to refer to the meditation process as the Now and all that is referring to is , reprogramming your mind to be able to slow wright down and rest in the time frame of Now. In other words, teach your brain to be able to rest and go into limbo when you want it to. If you can achieve this then your brain in fact does not concentrate on anything or any thoughts and from this it gains enough rest and regeneration to fulfill our modern day hectic lifestyle requirements.
These exercises can be learned from books, tapes, seminars and all various forms as you will most likely be aware of because of the growing rate of depression in society today. I must admit I tried many ways and spent a lot of money trying all sorts of programs for almost a year when I had reached a point of non belief that I was ever going to correct my problem. Low and behold I met a friends friend in Adelaide who said he was aware of a system that had been put together and was achieving great results.
Reluctantly due to my previous meditation failures I contacted, Dean Whittingham, the friend of my friend who had written a book and produced a program with a different approach to the way most others had. It is called Reprogramming The Mind For Success. From that day on my life has changed so dramatically, only I know how much and without going into detail it taught me the critical steps that others had not .
The best part of all about using Dean’s Reprogramming the Mind for Success was I could do it all my self at home or when and where ever it suited my lifestyle. No confusing procedures or instructions, as a matter of fact it is written and produced in such an easy understandable fashion that any one could do these Personal Meditation Exercises at Home with out supervision.
Once you have purchased Reprogramming The Mind For Success and read the first few chapters you will begin to see what your mind has to endure and how to give it the rest required without interfering with your lifestyle at all if you do not want to. I am now on a completely new path with my life and I am so thankful for being introduced to this wonderful mans teachings through his Book and system “Reprogramming The Mind For Success” which taught me how to do Personal Meditation Exercises at Home.
Become the Conductor of your Life Now…

I do hope my story is of some help to you

Thank you for your personal account on meditation.
It served as a great reminder how powerful meditation is and how much I have missed it. Previously in the past, I have achieved great results from meditation and after being caught up in the rat race again for a while, thanks to your reminder, my meditation book is back on my bedside table.
Thank you Allen and Thank you Dean Whittingham for such an enlightening and powerful book.

I don’t know a great deal about the particular program you’re referencing, but your explanation of why you needed meditation certainly resonated and I share your overall opinions about its value.
It’s interesting, we’ll eat healthy food and we’ll make time for the gym in order to keep our bodies sound… All the while, we too often neglect our minds. Both need to be treated the right way for us to reach our potential.
