Reprogram your Mind for Sleep
Looking at Yourself with Open Eyes.
Reprogram your Mind for Success, for sleep.
Success is an individual concept. So many people relate success to wealth. Well for me at the moment success is being able to SLEEP.
Sleep is an commodity we all need. Sleep should come easy and natural. Then why doesn’t it? Sleep is a process we all have an issue with at some stage in our lives. Learning to sleep may be a learned behavior for some. Reprogramming the mind for sleep is a success I am aiming for.
For many people changing this behavior requires us to look inside our selves . I for one am finding
some difficulties with this. Looking inside our soul and our mind can be a scary process. Reprogramming this part of us can be even scarier.
As we get older sleep deprivation becomes acceptable. Just ask an older person how they sleep. Our mind and our body adapts to being tired. Our lifestyles and daily routines are our excuse. We have gender and age excuses for so many areas in our lives.
“Girls are emotional” “Boys will be boys”. “At that age what do you expect”
I have all of these and so many more excuses for the way I behave. My sleep pattern altered to the point I was not coping with my lifestyle without sleep. My eyes were red, my head fuzzy, my body ached, I was making mistakes. My mood was swinging from happy and then sad.
I looked for a program to change my habits and control my emotions so I could sleep. This was my main problem.
Now for me Reprogramming my Mind for Success….. meant being able to sleep.
I followed to concepts in Dean Whittingham’s book I am now sleeping better. My life hasn’t changed, my excuses are the same but my mind power is different. 7 hours sleep a night suits me. Look at the program in detail it will be worth your while.
